This Refund & Returns Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of the sabermasters.eu store and governs the rules for returning products and requesting refunds for purchases made through the Site.
You have the right to return a product within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, as confirmed by the courier service.
In order for a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with no signs of use or installation.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and stickers intact.
The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email.
If you have received a defective product and do not wish to receive a replacement, but instead prefer a refund, the item must be returned under the same conditions described above.
The cost of return shipping is not covered by SABERMASTERS LTD unless otherwise confirmed by our team.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without prior contact and confirmation will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any defect, damage, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products purchased on sale or at a significant discount.
Gift cards or gift vouchers.
Products made to order or personalized items, such as engraved products.
The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the purchased product and, once the return is approved, place a new order through the Site.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued via bank transfer within 14 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
