This Shipping Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of the sabermasters.eu store and governs the delivery conditions for orders placed through the Site.
The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the order confirmation date. Delays may occur in cases of out-of-stock items, personalized products, or during peak periods.
All orders are shipped via courier service with the following options included:
Inspection upon delivery.
SMS notification from the courier.
For confirmed orders placed on a business day before 14:00, shipment is processed on the same or the next business day.
If the customer cannot be reached at the provided address and/or fails to provide access to the delivery location, SABERMASTERS LTD is released from the obligation to complete the delivery. In such cases, the order is considered unsuccessful and the customer forfeits all related rights, including the right to a second free delivery attempt.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order value and current delivery conditions. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated during the order process.
Shipping costs associated with:
product returns,
exchanges, or
claims
are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in advance with our team.
Shipments sent at our expense without prior approval will be refused or returned to the sender.
